Yes. Every product sold through EKRPT Networking Labs is genuine, brand-new, and comes with our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We do not sell used or refurbished hardware unless it is clearly labelled as such.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination, and the total is shown at checkout before you pay. International orders may attract local import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery within Nigeria typically takes 2–7 business days, the rest of Africa 5–14 business days, and international orders 7–21 business days depending on customs. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Yes. The SPECTRE BE19000 ULTRA is a tri-band WiFi 7 (802.11be) router with speeds up to 19,000 Mbps, a 10G SFP fibre-ready uplink, 2.5G WAN, and a gaming QoS engine. It is available in two versions: a 4G/5G SIM model with dual nano-SIM support for mobile connectivity, and a fibre/Ethernet model that connects via the SFP or WAN ports without a SIM module. Both are built for high-performance homes, gaming, and businesses.
It depends on the version. The SPECTRE BE19000 ULTRA comes in two variants: a 4G/5G SIM model with dual nano-SIM slots, and a fibre/Ethernet model with no SIM module. On the SIM model, the slots are provided but the SIM cards themselves are not included — you supply your own data SIMs from the networks of your choice. The fibre/Ethernet model connects through its SFP or WAN ports instead.
Absolutely, and it is a popular setup. You run the Starlink router in bypass mode and connect the SPECTRE to handle your home network, giving you whole-home coverage and better performance than the stock Starlink router. Our blog has a full guide, and our team can help.
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping; otherwise return shipping is the customer's responsibility. See our Return Policy page for full details.
All EKRPT-branded hardware carries a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Third-party products such as Starlink kits carry their own manufacturer warranty.
