We ship EKRPT hardware worldwide. This page explains how shipping works, what to expect, and how to track your order.

Where we ship

EKRPT Networking Labs ships worldwide. Whether you are in Nigeria, elsewhere in Africa, or further afield, we can get your order to you. Delivery times and costs vary by destination.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another when it ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated based on your destination and the size and weight of your order. The total, including any shipping fees, is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once your package reaches its destination country. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.

Tracking your order
