Warranty Policy

At EKRPT Networking Labs, we stand behind the hardware we sell. Every product we ship is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, so you can buy with confidence.

What's covered

All EKRPT-branded products and hardware sold through ekrpt.com carry a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your device develops a fault caused by a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Note: SIM cards, third-party hardware (including Starlink kits, which carry their own manufacturer warranty), and software are subject to their respective manufacturers' warranty terms. Contact us if you are unsure what applies to your purchase.
