We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work at EKRPT Networking Labs.

Our return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and with all included accessories.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a number of days for the funds to appear.

Items that cannot be returned

Faulty product? If your item develops a defect after the return window, it may still be covered under our 1-year warranty. Check the warranty page or contact us.
